About Ruby Mountain Construction & Maintenance
Ruby Mountain Trading (Pty) Ltd was established in 2007 by Willem Malan and operates as Ruby Mountain Construction & Maintenance in Bela Bela and surrounding areas.
Our focus is on high quality timber construction, private dwellings, lodges and ongoing maintenance services. We combine practical on-site expertise with reliable project management to deliver work that stands up over time.
Our Experience
Willem Malan’s career in construction began in the early 1990s as a sub-contractor for Grinaker Construction, working on houses in Mafikeng and schools in Brits.
He later joined the Mabalingwe Nature Reserve where he progressed to Construction and Maintenance Manager, overseeing the construction of private homes and lodges in the reserve.
After more than 12 years at Mabalingwe, Willem started his own company to focus on construction projects under the Ruby Mountain Construction & Maintenance name.
